Objects in Motion

Hello again, readers!
I just got done with a super fun and long day of doing a photo shoot with my good (and very talented) friend, Aryn Dougherty! She was doing a photography project with motion so objects in motion, photographer in motion and then both of us in motion at the same time. She did all of the hair, make up and the whole production. I was cast along side another friend, Janice; and together we brought it to life! Aryn did a fantastic job and I have to say it was definitely the most fun photo shoot i've ever done! I don't wanna give too much away but I will give you a sneak peak, behind the scenes! It was very high fashion in make up and hair and I LOVE THAT SHIT STUFF. Now to comb out this huge hair and peel the rest of this liquid latex off of my body.......Stay tuned!

Shoe of the month?

Hello again, readers! I have just awoken from the dead! Or so it feel after you've been bed ridden for a week for the stomach flu! Awful awful awful! I don't wish it upon any of you!! But, a great awakening for me on my first day feeling a little bit better.....I stumbled upon a few websites I have heard about but never ventured upon before. A few of the famous "shoe of the month club" websites such as Kim Kardashian's Shoedazzle.com and also Kimora Lee's Justfab.com! They are both dazzling and they are both fabulous; especially in this economy. I know, as a shopping addict myself, I am always browsing websites window shopping and saving up for my next big shoe purchase of cheetah printed Betsey Johnson's or a sparkly pair of Jeffrey Campbell's Litas. But now, each of these websites charges you a membership monthly of just below $40.00 and you get a pair of shoes, paired JUST for you and shipped for free! That's a fantastic deal if you ask me. I have hit shoe heaven. One difference I noticed on dazzle and justfab is that shoedazzle DOES charge every month until you revoke your membership and justfab ONLY charges you if you like and want a pair of shoes for the month. Also, Shoedazzle.com are more look a like shoes of designers such as their signature pink bottom, much like my beloved Christian Louboutin's. Justfab are more original designs and actually (in my opinion), a bit more fashionable than the shoedazzle.com selection in both bags and shoes. Although I am in love with a jewelry paired piece form shoedazzle. Either way, memberships are free until your first purchase! I actually made my first purchase just now from Justfab.com and got 50% off my first purchase along with a 10 month magazine subscription to MORE magazine. Another option (which is really cool!) is that the subscription is worth $20 and you can opt to not get the subscription and get refunded instead. Awesome! These websites are more than I could of imagined and I will probably be active on both! Check them out, I promise you won't be disappointed.

The find I snagged today at Justfab.com
A very stylish and desired bag from Justfab.com

A chique and simple "Jessica Simpson-like" shoe from shoedazzle.com

The jewelry set that's out of stock (I'M SO SAD) at shoedazzle.com

Happy shopping, readers!

Miss Spring

Hello again lovelies. It's that time again. The time where the snow is melting and the weather is changing. Where everything is changing. Everything you think can happen, CAN. Anything you think you could never do and swore upon that you wouldn't, you probably will do. Life is funny that way, the way it takes its mischievous twists and turns. The way your life ends up exactly like your favorite Gossip Girl character's. Trapped. But at the cost of something greater. Or being momentarily lost? I'm sorry if I've lost you. My life has recently had a rather juicy and scandalous turn of events. But I am not Gossip Girl and this isn't a gossip site, it's FASHION. Which has everything and nothing to do with life all at the same time. But, my most favorite thing about this time of year is the clothing change! YES! Warmer clothes, more to show off. Hope you all have been hitting those buns and abs classes, weekly! Spring is upon us and you can't hide under those puffy, baggy, winter clothes forever-can you?
I created this set because I miss NYC. I miss Tiffany & Co. I miss the spring. And I miss who I used to be. I either have to love who I am becoming or change. It's as simple as changing an outfit. Or it should be. Either way I wanted to create this because I thought, 'What makes me happy'? I'll tell you what: Clothes, Shopping, and looking good (means feeling good for me!)
Happy shopping, readers! You can see my finds below.

Wedding of the Century....

The wedding of the century was not, in fact, The Royal Wedding with Kate and Pippa and the all around "too close" for coincidence Cinderella attire. It was also not, in fact, Kim Kardashian's Fairy Tale Wedding to the douche lord, Kris Humphries.....that lasted all but 72 days.
No, no, the wedding I was waiting for has come and it has not let me down in any single way. It was as fabulous and as royal and perfect as I could of imagined it to be....This was Gossip Girl's Blair Waldorf's wedding to Prince Louis. The 100th episode!!! Anyone who knows me, knows that I am completely obssessed. I aspire to be like Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) on the daily.

Who knew that in just five short years, she could turn that headband into an actual tiara. The twist, the turns and the absolute ANXIETY this episode gave me was phenomenal. If you have not yet seen this episode turn to tvdome.eu and search gossip girl. TRUST.

Enough talk, let's get into the fashion.......

Blair's original dress was stunning. I mean, she looks stunning in anything but the hand stitched bead work, delicate top and couture gathered bottom......Le sigh......Vera Wang, let's have a round of applause!
But, she couldn't get married to Louis in it after losing the baby and getting in the accident with Chuck Bass (who she belongs with).
So she surpassed this baby up.......

And got married in an equally stunning dress instead that was also created by Vera Wang, who was actually a guest appearance on the show!

It was, indeed, a royal gown fit for none other than Queen B herself. Along with her stunning tiara, one of my favorite things about her on her wedding day was her gorgeous, thick mermaid hair! It almost makes me want to go back to brunette!....almost....

And then there was Serena Vanderwoodson, M.O.H and the S to the B. Stunning in yet again another Vera Wang original. Blaire couldn't let her best friend NOT look stunning on her day. The draped one shoulder, delicate peach/pink, and the ruffles flowing.....How is Dan Humphry NOT in love? Besides the fact that they are step-siblings.....

And the Brides Maids, looking like a Peonies bouquet themselves, Blaire's minions. Dresses, again, by the darling queen of weddings- Vera. Bravo. You have outdone yourself in not one, two, but THREE ways this time. (or four or five counting the Kardshian weddings she has done).
A wedding MADE for Blaire Waldorf.

And of course we can't forget Prince Louis, looking like a true prince charming in all white and the solid gold buttons. Such a gentalman....or is he......

And then the middle AND the ending twist that no one had suspected.....well, I may have guessed it since episode one...But of course who to expect to ruin a day like this for our beloved Manhattan Elite? None other than Georgina, herself. And it is unlikely for even our villains in Manhattan's upper east side-ers to look bad, am I right?!

A little too gaudy for me. A little Lady Gaga meets the Sultan from Aladdin. But none the less, amazingly fashionable.

I had to do a segment on this.
Hope you all enjoyed!
:D
